On Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 8:30 pm, millions of people will switch off the non-essential lights of homes and businesses for one hour, with the intention to attract attention to climate change actions.

EARTH HOUR IMPACT
In its 2016 Earth Hour Report, the WWF explains details on how this “Mass engagement platform for climate change” inspires millions around the world to engage and actively participate in global efforts to fight climate change. Since its beginning in 2007, Earth Hour wants to empower individual changes and legislative actions to protect natural resources and to encourage a sustainable culture.

HOW TO TAKE PART?

Corporations and organizations are the key to Earth’s Hour growth as a global movement for climate action.

Regardless of the size of your business, every organization can make a difference. By making sure non-essential lights in the buildings facilities are switch off during Earth Hour, we can all take action and inspire more efforts that go beyond the Earth Hour.
